Last weekend, Highgate Hotels Hawaii joined the Hawaii LGBT Legacy Foundation Pride Parade, coming together with businesses, organizations, and community members to celebrate love, diversity, and inclusion. With all of Highgate’s Hawaii hotels sponsoring the celebration, the team was proud to show its support for a community where everyone deserves to feel welcome.

While Pride Month is widely recognized in June across the United States, Honolulu celebrates in October to coincide with LGBTQ+ History Month. The month also includes National Coming Out Day on October 11, making it a time to recognize LGBTQ+ history, celebrate identity, and reflect on the ongoing work of building more inclusive communities.
