What is the cost & inclusions of the resort amenity fee*?

The resort amenity fee applies to all rooms, is a nightly charge per room and the fee and inclusions are subject to change at any time without notice.

The total resort amenity fee* is $56, plus G.E.T. (4.712%) and T.A.T. (14%) taxes per night, per room and includes the following:

Beach rentals: guests can select from a wide range of items from Beach Candy Waikiki, located on street level storefront facing Kalakaua Avenue, to enhance their beach and ocean experience. For each night of stay each guest room will receive 3 daily credits that can be applied towards rentals to include; body boards, stand up paddle boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, bluetooth speakers, and more! Guests reserve their rentals using their daily credits upon arrival at the resort. Other activities at Beach Candy such as surf lessons and more can be booked at an additional cost.

What is your cancellation / deposit policy?

For most reservations, we require a 2-night room and tax deposit at time of booking with a cancellation policy of 72 hours prior to arrival date (HST). For non-refundable programs, a full pre-payment is due at time of booking and any cancellations or modifications forfeit any deposits and payments. Please review your cancellation and deposit policy carefully when making a reservation as policies may vary.

Twin Fin is committed to providing its guests and associates with a smoke free environment. Smoking tobacco, pipes, vapes, e-cigarettes and marijuana is strictly prohibited within the hotel. By booking through this website, you acknowledge that the hotel has installed smoking detection sensors in its rooms. These sensors enable hotel management to respond to smoking events without disrupting your stay. You hereby agree and consent to the use of such sensor in your room and acknowledge and agree that it is 100% privacy compliant and required by the hotel to ensure a smoke-free stay for all guests. By acknowledging the foregoing, you agree to waive any future claims related to the presence of the sensor in a room you may book. Tampering with the sensor is strictly prohibited.
