What is the cost & inclusions of the resort amenity fee*?

The resort amenity fee applies to all rooms, is a nightly charge per room and the fee and inclusions are subject to change at any time without notice.

The total resort amenity fee* is $55, plus G.E.T. (4.712%) and T.A.T. (13.25%) taxes per night, per room and includes the following:

Beach rentals: guests can select from a wide range of items from Beach Candy Waikiki, located on street level storefront facing Kalakaua Avenue, to enhance their beach and ocean experience. For each night of stay each guest room will receive 3 daily credits that can be applied towards rentals to include; body boards, stand up paddle boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, bluetooth speakers, and more! Guests reserve their rentals using their daily credits upon arrival at the resort. Other activities at Beach Candy such as surf lessons and more can be booked at an additional cost.

What is your cancellation / deposit policy?

For most reservations, we require a 2-night room and tax deposit at time of booking with a cancellation policy of 72 hours prior to arrival date (HST). For non-refundable programs, a full pre-payment is due at time of booking and any cancellations or modifications forfeit any deposits and payments. Please review your cancellation and deposit policy carefully when making a reservation as policies may vary.

Twin Fin Waikiki is a non-smoking property. For the comfort of all our guests, we do not allow smoking or vaping anywhere on our property or in our guestrooms, including on room balconies. Each of our guestrooms is equipped with a Rest Smoke Sensor designed to detect smoking and/or vaping events. A Smoking Elimination Fee of $500 will be automatically be assessed for each confirmed event. .

By Hawaii State Law, there is no smoking on hotel grounds, guestrooms, guestroom balconies, or common areas.
